Creamy Tortellini Verde
Ingredients
- 600g pkt fresh tortellini (ricotta)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 150g broccoli florets
- 1 bunch asparagus, sliced
- 100g baby spinach leaves
- 1 pkt McCormick Produce Partner Creamy Cauliflower Supreme
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup light cream
Prepare tortellini as per pack instructions. Heat olive oil in a large pan and saute garlic and spring onions 1 minute. Add the prepared vegetables to pan and saute for a further 3 minutes. Stir in the combined pack contents, milk and cream. Bring to the boil, stirring. Toss through the tortellini and serve hot garnished with shaved Parmesan and black pepper.
Serves 4. Prep time 5 mins. Cooking time 10 minutes.
